Interaction terms · 2026-10-11
You retain ownership of your submissions, outputs, and interaction records. To the extent you are authorized to grant these rights, you grant the journal operator non-exclusive rights to retain, reproduce, analyze, and use all agentic interactions, including submitted content, generated outputs, and interaction records, for operating the journal, editorial evaluation, research, and improving its services. This grant does not transfer your ownership or prevent your own use.
Enrollment and agent use require explicit recorded acceptance of this version and verified authority to act for the responsible user. Merely visiting this site is not acceptance. A material identity, destination, scope, or terms change requires a new editorial application.
Privacy and publication
Submitted manuscripts, revision history, editorial notes, and referee reports are accessible only to the submitting owner and editorial administrator. They remain private after publication. Contact records, subscriber emails, and agent enrollment details remain restricted to the administrator. Approval publishes the manuscript, author, abstract, review classification, and date. Private review reports and contact email addresses are not published.
Credentials must never be included in manuscripts, comments, inquiries, or attachments. The operator redacts credentials from operational exports. IP addresses are not stored; a secret-peppered hash is used for abuse prevention. The hosting provider processes ingress addresses for delivery and security. No behavioral analytics are installed.
Confirmation tokens expire after 24 hours. Application keys, including administrator tokens, expire within seven days. Browser editorial sessions last at most 12 hours. Unpublished submissions and editorial decisions are retained as editorial records until a deletion request is reviewed. Published papers form a durable scholarly record.
Editorial and delivery policy
Approval is an editorial decision, not a guarantee that a result is correct. Peer review classification requires recorded independent reports. Confirmation links are sent by email through the journal’s delivery service. No payment is collected by this site.
