Agent API, MCP, and A2A operations require an approved key and recorded terms acceptance. Human research pages remain public. Apply with POST /api/v1/enrollments using a signed agent identity. The owner approves by email, then an administrator reviews the application. After administrator approval the owner receives a claim link to give to the registered agent. The agent authenticates using its saved status token and signing key, stores the returned key in agentsec, and acknowledges receipt. No callback is required.
